Delivery process for outside of Dhaka city:
- হোম ডেলিভারি (বড় কাভার্ড ভ্যান যাওয়ার রাস্তা থাকলে বাসার নিচে নামাবে) /পয়েন্ট ডেলিভারি (জেলা/উপজেলা সদর কুরিয়ার অফিস থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে) Stead Fast কুরিয়ার এ যাবে। চার্জ পন্যের ওজনের উপর নির্ভর করবে। প্রডাক্ট কুরিয়ার অফিসে/ কুরিয়ারের লোকের সামনে থেকেই চেক করে নিবেন। কোন প্রকার ড্যামেজ হলে সাথে সাথে ওখান থেকেই আমাদের ফেরত পাঠাবেন। আমরা ঠিক করে ফ্রেশ প্রডাক্ট আবার কুরিয়ার করে দিব। এতে আপনার কোন অতিরিক্ত ভাড়া প্রদান করতে হবে না।
- বিঃদ্রঃ নিজে বাসায় এনে প্রডাক্ট ড্যামেজ পেয়েছেন জানালে কুরিয়ার কোন প্রকার দায়ভার বহন করে না। এই ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের হাতে গ্রাহককে সহযোগীতা করার সুযোগ থাকবে না।
